TGP Opportunity Fund I, LLC is a private mortgage fund that originates bridge loans ranging from $500,000 to $10,000,000 on properties located primarily within California.   TGP Management Group serves as the manager of the fund.

Steven R. Olmsted (Certified Public Accountant and Master of Science in Taxation) is the founding partner of Olmsted & Associates, and has practiced public accounting for more than 25 years. He has been directly involved in providing creative tax planning, compliance, audit, and accounting services for companies in various industries. Mr. Olmsted has worked as a licensed CPA in California since 1989 and in Nevada since 2002.

Mr. Olmsted graduated from California State University at Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and received a master’s degree in taxation from Golden Gate University.

FCI Lender Services, Inc. (Loan Servicer)

Located in Anaheim, CA, FCI was founded in 1982 and offers loan servicing, collection and foreclosure services to mortgage brokers, mortgage funds, and private investors. FCI is recognized as one the of the nation’s leading non-institutional private money service providers, with more than $1 billion under management.

FCI has acquired several loan servicing and foreclosure companies, including the transfer in 1988 of more than 2,000 private loans and associated lenders from Mercury Savings & Loan and its 42 branches. FCI’s loan servicing continued to grow substantially, and in 1998, FCI acquired the private investor division of Aames Home Loan, with more than 3,000 private investors and their loans. In 2002, FCI began expanding its comprehensive family of services for private investors, hedge funds, and investment LLCs nationally. 

As the Fund’s administrator and loan servicer, FCI will track the borrower’s payments, interest, and late payments, and if necessary, provide assistance with foreclosures.

Mr. Geraci’s corporate practice focuses on acquisitions, sales and reorganizations; venture capital transactions; securities, including numerous public and private offerings with an aggregate offering of more than $10 billion; broad-based tax planning, including real estate development and financing; real estate exchanges; and preparation of loan documentation for lenders.

Mr. Geraci graduated cum laude from Auburn University and Chapman University School of Law. Mr. Geraci served as extern to the Honorable Alex Kozinski with the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit.
